Chase has been actively involved in the fishing industry as a guide, shop manager, sales associate, and sales representative for over 20 years across the southeastern region of the United States. His extensive experience gained through working in various retail fly shops provides him with a comprehensive and in-depth perspective that emphasizes the importance of sustainable growth and effective brand building within the industry.

Chase and his wife, Misty, are both dedicated operating partners at Appalachian Fly Associates. Misty brings a wealth of experience with her strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, particularly with a concentration in supporting small business startups. With a family-centered approach to business, Appalachian Fly Associates places significant emphasis on building relationships and holding the specialty retailer in high regard, ensuring their continued success and growth in the community.
